Can other clients steal my images?This is something that the resellers worry about. Can the competition steal my pictures? The answer is, unfortunately, yes. We will brand your flash, if requested, and you will be the copyright owner for that picture, but there are no technical steps we can take.
As a manufacturer, your goal will be to distribute the 3d flash on as many sites as possible. So this will not be an issue.
What's the size of the products you can process?We are working with a setup that allows us to process objects that would fit in a cube with the sides of 25-30cm maximum. If we have requests for bigger setups we will reconsider.
How does it work?We will take 32 pictures of a product from different angles, process them, assemble them in Flash and allow you to drag and rotate them at will.
Why is it only on one axis?A 2 axis move would be much more complicated to achieve (thus much more expensive) and will actually add very little to the experience.
Do you also offer regular product photography?For an additional fee, we will also take studio quality photographs of your product to be used as stills on your website or prints.
My products are cheap, can I leave them with you?Sure, we will ask you to sign a release in the package. Otherwise, you will be billed the ship back price in the last invoice.
How do I integrate these in my website?It's simple, we have tutorials and we'll even do it for you for a small fee.
Can I host the files?Yes, you will be requested to host the files, our servers are for showcase only, we will provide you with the files and teach you how to set them up.
Can I do it myself?If requested, we will start selling an e-book explaining how to do this in-house. Step by step, no fancy stuff. So please send us a request.
